Hello! My name is Nicole Drake, and I am a dedicated real estate broker with a passion for helping clients navigate the often complex world of real estate. I obtained my real estate license in 2006 and have proudly advanced my career to become a licensed real estate broker in November 2024.

In 2009, I received my bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and spent 12 years working in the healthcare industry. This experience honed my skills in client care, attention to detail, and effective communication—skills that are invaluable in real estate.

From the very beginning, I noticed a significant gap in the industry: realtors were not effectively explaining the home buying and selling process to their clients. This lack of clear communication can lead to confusion, frustration, and missed opportunities. It became my mission to bridge this gap and ensure that every client I work with feels informed, confident, and empowered throughout their real estate journey.
